To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required.

Please note: Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons, unless defective or proven to have caused an adverse reaction.


2. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, you may choose:

  • A store credit for future purchases.

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Delays may occur depending on your payment provider.

Non-refundable items include:

  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are shouldered by the customer unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

4. Allergic Reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us. You may be eligible for a return if:

  • You provide a clear photo of the reaction and
  • A medical note or dermatologist’s report is submitted within 7 days of product use

Each claim is evaluated individually, and refunds are not guaranteed.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Contact your payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
